A Global Network
Some 2,000 Jepson School alumni span the globe and represent a diverse set of interests and careers. After graduating with a degree in leadership studies, alumni pursue careers in the corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors. They draw upon their Jepson education to serve as leaders in their workplaces and communities.
The School recognizes alumni accomplishments in careers and civic life through an awards ceremony held annually during the University of Richmond Reunion Weekend.
For their part, Jepson alumni actively engage with the School, generously sharing their time, talents, and resources. In addition to visiting the School during Reunion Weekend and Homecoming, many participate in the planning and implementation of the Jepson EDGE Institute, an alumni-sponsored professional development program for Jepson students. Others become involved with alumni and student engagement as members of the Jepson Alumni Corps. Some help the dean raise the visibility and profile of the School through their service on the Executive Board of Advisors.
