Finale Reservation Form
Please fill out the form below to respond to your invitation to the Jepson School of Leadership Studies "Finale" ceremony on Saturday, May 9, 2020 from 2-3 p.m. at Alice Jepson Theater, located in the Modlin Center for the Arts. A reception will follow in the Booth Lobby at the Modlin Center for the Arts from 3-4 p.m.
Parents have received an invitation indicating that students will respond on their behalf with the number of family members and guests attending.
